Ingredients of Sashimi ‘Zuké Don'

  1. You need 100-150 g of Fresh Fish Fillet *make sure it is fresh enough to be eaten uncooked.

  3. You need of *Recommended fish are Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, Kingfish, Snapper, Whiting, etc.
  4. Prepare 1 of serving Freshly Cooked Rice.
  5. It's 1/2 sheet of Toasted Nori *tear into small pieces.
  6. Prepare of Yakumi (condiments) of your choice.
  7. You need of *e.g. Shiso, Wasabi, Spring Onion, Toasted Sesame Seeds, etc.
  8. You need of <Marinade>.
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Mirin.
  10. Prepare 2-3 teaspoons of Soy Sauce.
  11. It's 1/2 teaspoon of Wasabi.
  12. You need 1 teaspoon of Grated Ginger.
