This pizza was originally created in response to a challenge to make a salmon pizza for our stewards; as a result, Sitka Salmon Saturdays at Baked were also born. The flavor combination will blow you away.   1. preheat oven 450.
  2. pan cook salmon in non-stick pan until salmon is cooked all the way thru (8-10minutes).
  3. add desired amount of pizza sauce to pizza crust.
  4. add desired amount of mozzarella cheese to pizza.
  5. slice desired amount of tomatoes- add to pizza.
  6. add desired amount of spinach to pizza.
  7. add desired amount of fetta cheese to pizza.
  8. put pizza in oven for 10minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
  9. take pizza ou t yhe oven and crumble desired amount of salmon on top to finish....enjoy!!!.

Top crust with mozzarella cheese, flaked salmon, onion, tomato, Feta cheese and basil. Arrange the salmon to cover the surface entirely. On cool, crisp pizza shell, spread the sour cream-dill sauce in an even layer. Evenly distribute sliced smoked salmon, working all the way to the edges. Top pizza with sliced cucumber, red onion.
