- Get the ingredients together (this is the longest step!!!).

- Cut the onions very finely - I used sharp kitchen scissors.
- Add the fresh dill, use the scissors again.
- Add pepper, and salt if you need to, and mix very well.
- Wash and peel the avocado. Take the stone out and cut like this - first longways and then across, into small pieces.
- Put a layer of avocado in your serving ring (?) And press down.
- Cover with a layer of salmon.
- Repeat process with 2 more layers. Press down firmly and then take the ring off. Put some capers on top. I also added some fresh coriander leaves but only because I tend to use it with everything when it's in season. Enjoy!!.
