Ingredients of Sweet and Spicy Asian Salmon

  2. It's 3 tbsp of orange juice.
  3. It's 4 tbsp of soy sauce.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of minced ginger.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
  6. Prepare 1 dash of (pea size) sriracha sauce.
  7. It's 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar.
  9. Prepare 1 1/2 lb of salmon.
  10. It's 1 of salt.

Whisk together stock and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Lay salmon on foil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange pineapple slices around edges of salmon. Fold edges of foil up around the salmon and pineapple.

  3. In a shallow pan or Zip loc, pour marinade on salmon and let sit for about an hour.Turn after 30min.

  5. Transfer Salmon into a pan (lined with foil for easy clean up!). Do not discard marinade.
  6. Cook Salmon skin side down for about 8-10min(varies depending on the thickness of your salmon). Brush on marinade.
