Ingredients of Super Fish Pie

  1. Prepare 5-6 of medium sized potatoes.

  1. Heat the oven to 200 °C (Gasmark 6).
  2. Boil some water for the potatoes.
  3. Peel and cut the spuds into smallish bits.
  4. Chop the fish into pretty chunks.
  5. Add the potatoes to the boiling water and boil for 10 mins.
  6. Steam the fish for 8 — 10 mins.
  7. Time for parsley sauce, melt 30g of butter in a saucepan.

  18. Serve and give the pie a couple of minutes to cool before devouring it with gusto!.
