For the mango salsa: In a small bowl, gently mix together all of the ingredients. Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Place salmon, skin side down, on a rimmed baking sheet. To make the mango salsa, place all the salsa ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper and transfer to a small bowl, to serve.
