Ingredients of Sashimi ‘Zuké Don'
- You need 100-150 g of Fresh Fish Fillet *make sure it is fresh enough to be eaten uncooked.
- You need of *Note: You can slice it by yourself OR purchase Sashimi slices.
- Prepare of *Recommended fish are Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, Kingfish, Snapper, Whiting, etc.
- It's 1 of serving Freshly Cooked Rice.
- It's 1/2 sheet of Toasted Nori *tear into small pieces.
- Prepare of Yakumi (condiments) of your choice.
- You need of *e.g. Shiso, Wasabi, Spring Onion, Toasted Sesame Seeds, etc.

- You need 1 teaspoon of Mirin.
- It's 2-3 teaspoons of Soy Sauce.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Wasabi.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Grated Ginger.

Sashimi ‘Zuké Don' step by step
- Make the marinade first. Place Mirin, Soy Sauce, Wasabi and Grated Ginger in a small bowl and mix well..
- Slice Fish Fillet into small pieces and add to the marinade. Rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes..
- Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice, cover with the Toasted Nori and place marinated fish pieces on top. Place some finely sliced Shiso or chopped Spring Onion, and/or other condiments of your choice and enjoy..
