  1. Prepare 2 tbsp. of Nutcessity nut butter (I used Gingerbread Spiced).
  2. It's 400 g of rolled oats.
  3. Prepare 9 tbsp. of rapeseed oil.
  4. Prepare 8 tbsp. of syrup (I used agave).
  5. You need 1 of banana.
  6. You need of salt.
  7. You need Handful of seeds to coat (I used sesame).

Bana-nut Flapjack step by step

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Lightly coat a 9x9 inch baking tray with 1 tbsp rapeseed oil.
  2. Gently heat the remaining oil, syrup & pinch of salt, whilst mashing the banana with the nut butter & 2 tbsp. water in a separate bowl..
  3. Once the oil & syrup is combined, add the oats bit by bit until roughly coated. Turn off the heat on the hob..
  4. Mix in the banana mixture well and turn into the baking tray. Spread over the seeds and press in lightly..
