Various Delicious Food recipes..

My Fish pie. This Creamy Fish Pie recipe was the one I cooked up on stage in a live-cookoff at the Big Feastival a few years ago (I added some crumbled up Piper's cheese and onion crisps on top for a little twist on that one). As part of the cook-off, we had to make a giant version so the audience could taste-test the recipe and vote for their favourite. And that audience was scarily huge (see below)! I made these Nigerian fish pies today with my little one. It is easy and fun to make, there was a bit of mess involved because of the help I had from Her Royal Highness which I found a way around in the end. I cleared up a separate workspace and placed her own little baking items there; that did the magic. Living by the sea, we try to eat fish often and this hearty meal is an easy way to enjoy a little bit of what you fancy! This fish pie is good enough for a dinner party and the kids love it, too.
