  5. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Salt.
  6. You need 1-2 tablespoons of Sake (Rice Wine).
  7. Prepare of Toppings for extra flavour: Shiso, Spring Onion, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Toasted Nori, Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix), etc.
