  5. place diced potatoes in large pan of water bring to a boil and cook 15 mins.
  6. in a big pot put place butter, heavy cream and milk on low heat.
  7. add garlic and rest of spices.
  8. when potatoes are cooked add to big pot.
  9. then add salmon.
  10. cook on low for 15 to 20 mins.

Add broth, potatoes, carrots, salt, pepper and dill; bring to a boil. Heat on medium to medium high heat. I liked the garnish of chives a lot so if you have them on hand they are a nice addition. Coat the salmon with the soy sauce and sesame oil. I use less than a pound of salmon per soup, sometimes only half a pound per this salmon soup recipe.
