Thai salmon. Line a baking sheet with foil. To make the sauce, whisk together chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, fish sauce, ginger, lime juice and Sriracha in a small bowl; set aside. This quick and easy baked salmon is light and healthy but also super tasty. The fresh and fragrant Thai-inspired marinade permeates the salmon with the flavors of lime, ginger, chili and cilantro. It's not overly spicy, with a nice subtle heat from dried chili flakes and a warm bite from fresh ginger.
The salmon is then served with a tangy Thai lemongrass-honey sauce that marries perfectly with salmon's natural flavors.
In winter, I broil fish in the oven and in summer months we turn salmon fillet into cedar plank salmon.
Last recipe is unbelievably tasty but oven method is just as good minus the smoky flavour.

The Thai glaze on top of the salmon and the vegetables is the very best part! I was inspired by this glaze from the Cheesecake Factory. I always order the Thai Glazed Salmon. It blows me away every time. It was so easy to create the similar flavors to this popular restaurant meal right at home.
