Parmesan Crusted Salmon step by step

  1. Blend breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and onion powder on a flat plate.
  2. Add olive oil to mixture. Make sure mixture is coated well..
  3. Coat salmon fillets with mustard using a brush and then add salt and pepper to season..
  4. Transfer coated salmon fillets to the bread crumb mixture and coat both sides evenly..
  5. Add coconut oil to a skillet on medium heat..
  6. Place salmon fillets on skillet and cook till both sides are golden brown..

Place the breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic in a food processor and blend until combined. The mixture should form fine crumbs. Coat the top of the salmon with the crumbs and bake in. The parmesan herb crust really takes this recipe over the top. However, don't cook the salmon from its frozen state.
