- You need 400 g of rolled oats.
- Prepare 9 tbsp. of rapeseed oil.

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Lightly coat a 9x9 inch baking tray with 1 tbsp rapeseed oil.
- Gently heat the remaining oil, syrup & pinch of salt, whilst mashing the banana with the nut butter & 2 tbsp. water in a separate bowl..
