  1. Take a bowl and marinate the fish than rest for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes add rice flour, gram flour and semolina mix well with the help of lit bit water and apply on fish as a coating,.
  3. Than take pan for frying i made shallow fry you can deep frying also.when oil is hot (medium to high flame)than put fish on pan,cook till golden brown in colour,.
  4. After that turn it over and same process repeat on other side.
