- You need As needed of Cleaned and wash salmon fish(other fish also).

- Prepare 3 tbsp of lemon juice.
- You need Pinch of turmeric.
- You need 1 tbsp of garlic ginger paste.

- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala.

- Prepare 1 tbsp of semolina.
- You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
Salmon Fry step by step
- Take a bowl and marinate the fish than rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes add rice flour, gram flour and semolina mix well with the help of lit bit water and apply on fish as a coating,.
- Than take pan for frying i made shallow fry you can deep frying also.when oil is hot (medium to high flame)than put fish on pan,cook till golden brown in colour,.
- After that turn it over and same process repeat on other side.
- Serve hot with chutney,it's very healthy and nutritional fish..
