Ingredients of Flapjacks

  1. It's 450 g of oats.
  2. You need 250 g of butter.
  3. You need 180 g of brown sugar.
  4. Prepare 3 1/2 tbsp of golden syrup.

Flapjacks instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c/ 160 degrees c fan/ gas mark 4.
  2. Melt the butter.
  3. Turn of the heat and add in the sugar and oats and stir thoroughly.
  4. Then add in the golden syrup and mix.
  5. Line a tray with baking paper and pour in the mixture making sure to spread it evenly and push it into the corners.
  6. Put into oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the edges start to turn brown.
  7. Take out the flapjacks and leave them to cool for 15 minutes then cut them into 15 even slices.
  8. Now they are ready to eat. Enjoy!.
